A little about us…
We are a new church in the heart of Den Haag!
Freedom Church cares about one thing more than anything else, and that is awakening people to the transforming power of God’s love.
Our people are diverse in age, background and culture. We have found miraculous transformation by God’s power and we simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom!
What to Expect
We know meeting someone for the first time or attending a new church can be intimidating. We want to help make your first experience at Freedom Church a great one!

What We Believe
We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38).
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues (Acts 2:4).
We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government (Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11)
Service Details
We gather every Sunday at 16:30
Our service is usually about one hour in length and we finish up with coffee, tea and great snacks.
All services and Bible studies are in English with translation (Dutch or Spanish) available.
We also teach personal Bible Studies in homes and cafe’s in the city. Contact us for more information.

Meet our pastors
WE ARE HÉLIO & JESSICA GONÇALVES AND WE ARE ASSOCIATE MISSIONARIES TO THE NETHERLANDS!
We were recently married in November of 2021 and are so excited to be part of the revival in The Netherlands. We are passionate about the Kingdom of God and have a burden to plant churches and see the Gospel of Jesus Christ spread through the country of The Netherlands.
We currently serve as Associate Pastor of The Turning Point (Het Keerpunt) in Dordrecht and were recently appointed as the Lead Pastors of Freedom Church in The Hague (Den Hague). Freedom Church is a church plant located in the heart of one of the largest cities in the Netherlands. It is an international church with members from seven different countries across the world. Hélio is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church of The Netherlands (VPGNL) a gifted, dynamic communicator and passionate preacher of the Gospel. Jessica is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) and a skilled administrator and teacher.
We are passionate about seeing God bring transformation in the lives of people.
